(Reuters) – Processor Serco Group (LON 🙂 forecasted a more than 50% increase in its profits in the first half of the year on Wednesday, supported mainly by its COVID-19 services for the UK government, although it warned that revenues from those services would decline in the second semester.
The company, which provides services to hospitals, prisons and nuclear facilities in more than 20 countries, expects underlying business profit to be between £ 120m and £ 125m (173.05m dollars) for the first six months of the year.
